It always surprises me that we have so many neighborhoods in Tallahassee, considering the entire population of Leon County is only 275,000 people. This means that there are less than 160 people per neighborhood. This is one of the many reasons that Tallahasseans cherish living in the low-density capital of the State of Florida. There is plenty of space and people are not all crammed together like you find in many large cities.

Whether you are interested in buying a home in Tallahassee, or you just want to know more about a specific subdivision, the is a great place to discover what is happening in real estate in these locations.
